Hi. I just finished reading your book "Eva Underground". When I came upon it, i was just in need of a book to read for a class, and ended up liking the book. I finished reading it within 5 days of opening it. I found that I really liked it. I ended up liking it so much, I kind of compare it to my life. I love how the book was interesting at all times, and how you seemed unafraid to use words that your readers might not understand until they read the words' meanings at the end of the book. I was wondering if you were ever going to write a sequal, or another book that is sort of like this one. I love reading books about teens falling in love, as you can tell, and the book also interested me because I have Polish blood in me. Please feel free to email me if you can.. and by the way I am from Wisconsin, a sophomore in High School, and I'm 16 years old.

Hope to hear from you soon-

At my first ever writing conference, I sat with Dandi during dinner, and heard the story of Eva Underground. What a privilege it was to hear her passion for this story firsthand, and now to know it's published. Her enthusiasm for writing is contagious!

Thank you for a great interview!

What a great interview! I agree that everyone should write, even if it is just a daily diary entry.I used to jot down everything my child did or said that made me laugh and when I look back at those diaries,it fills me with pride and joy!

Thanks for this interview!

I think Dandi's absolutely right--we will always be busy. There never is a perfect time. I started writing when my girls were having their naps in their afternoon when they were toddlers. I can't believe now how much I got done then, but I did. And now that I have more time, I'm trying to set even more goals for myself. It's hard to maintain that balance between simply listening to God's voice and endeavouring to create a writing career, but I think God blesses the things that we are to pursue. So pray, jump into it, and see what He does!
