We think we're justified in our anger because of someone else's actions, but we're damaging ourselves. I've struggled with this. I think I'm recovering, but have to be watchful! I read an excellent book years ago that changed my perspective, Stepping Heavenward, by Elizabeth Prentice. Maybe you've already read it, but if not, it's priceless!
